Companies are using advertising methods of shaming people into buying personal training products and plans, and I think this is completely wrong.


We should be using exercise as a form of enjoyment, a challenging hobby, and if you don't enjoy it, then you don't have to do it.


There's plenty other ways to stay healthy without ever doing a burpee!

With experience working with hundreds of people and a Masters in sports/exercise psychology, we believe that we have the tools to give you the confidence in maintaining your health for life.

I used to experience Pain in the back, shoulders, and knees and Couldn’t do a muscle up before working with Ben.


Over my health and fitness are more balanced. My routines are more direct and precise.


The communication is the best part. Having a workout or program is good but to be great you have to have constant communication. Ben really does that.


Communication, overall life routine, and anything can be achieved thru hard work.

I was lacking accountability and positive mentality with my day to day actions.

I had a lot of Injuries before working with Ben.


I had tried other diets like paleo, and just running no weights, starving myself then binge eating 



W are working through some things still. Recovering from injuries which is promising, and helped me get through pregnancy 


the best part is the communication, having someone to talk to and vent to and tell things to about past food and exercise habits I don’t like to necessarily like discussing with anyone. Contestant and consistent workouts. 


The workouts are great, having someone to talk to I mean I basically laid it out up there. I always feel like I need someone holding my hand especially with health and exercise I like to be extreme and need to take a step back and think about what I’m doing.

I Lacked consistency with training routine, from just using online ebooks/generic programmes.

Ben doesn’t create cookie cutter plans, it truly is a bespoke service depending on my goals or even what week I’ve had and the mindset I’m in. 


There’s an open two-way communication that means that I feel like I’m both heard and can trust what Ben is advising me to do. 


It is a judgement free zone and he brings back enjoyment to exercise and routine in a manageable way. 


I also like that it covers every aspect from food, exercise to also reading, journaling etc, he’s an all round coach.
